Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories at this time. All items ship via USPS. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery after being shipped.

RETURNS

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charge. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after that. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issued and make it right. If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will be happy to exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at contact@22red.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
